UNICEF, now known as United Nations Children’s Fund, is an international organization run by the United Nations. Their logo, which has a globe inside olive branches / laurel wreath, has a gentle blue color that forms the core of their branding. This UNICEF blue is also referred to as UNICEF Cyan in the official brand guidelines probably because its CMYK code is (100, 0, 0, 0).
